How are you able to offer this?


	Move Your Office is the UK's only complete provider of outsource office move solutions. We initially only provided some of the services available to our customer base, however through customer requests we have expanded our scope over the years to include all aspects of office moving. Our only limitation is on office refurbishment and cabling, where due to the labour intensive nature of these operations, we can only provide these services in London and the Home Counties.

Do you offer these services nationwide?


	Yes, except for office refurbishment and cabling, where due to the labour intensive nature of these operations, we can only provide these services in London and the Home Counties. All other services are provided across the UK and Southern Ireland.

Sounds to good to be true, is it expensive?


	No, our rates are very competitive, in fact due to the economies of scale through sourcing everything through one supplier, we are often far more cost effective than sourcing all these items separately. And of course, you get piece of mind that you have a single point of contact and all projects a professionally managed.

Are the staff trained?


	Yes, all staff are trained, and most have worked within their respective industry for a minimum of three years, usually 10 years plus.

Do you comply to Health and Safety regulations?


	Move Your Office has an in-house Health and Safety officer and a planning supervisor and we comply to all current Health and Safety, British Standard and Governmental requirements.

How long will it take?


	Office moves have varying timescales depending on a whole host of different factors (see our office move checklist). Be aware that some of the items have long lead times including lease contract negotiation, refurbishment, cabling and electrical works, telecoms line installation and some data network connections.

Why should we use you when we have our own staff?


	There are any number of reasons why Move Your Office can ease your concerns over an in-house move which include employee satisfaction and training issues, Insurance, Health and Safety compliance, Project management and cost effectiveness of a single supplier solutions.

Do you work outside normal working hours?


	Yes, most projects demand it; in fact our normal hours are 8.30am to 6.00pm throughout the week. If you require us to come in outside hours we can.

Are you insured?


	Yes, we are fully insured, certifications are available upon request.

Do you have references we can speak to?


	Yes, we have countless references from all sized companies which are gladly available upon request.
